There’s no single Utah price. It depends on the farm, the animal’s hanging weight, processing fees and your cut choices. As a national benchmark, USDA’s March 27, 2026 grass-fed beef report put direct-to-consumer quarter-beef offers at an average of $6.23/lb hanging weight without processing and $7.69/lb with processing included. Of the 41 Utah listings on this page, 23 document quarter beef, 27 half beef and 23 whole beef on their own websites or Facebook pages. Use the buying-option filters in the directory search to narrow the list, then confirm availability with the seller, since shares often sell out by season.
